Mehriban Aliyeva has been appointed the First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan

By decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva has been appointed the First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Decree says:

Governed by the Clause 1 of Article 103¹ of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan I hereby resolve:

To appoint Mehriban Arif kizi Aliyeva as the First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
